Pricing and Process
Pricing
Our beef starts at $5.50 per pound hanging weight, with additional butcher costs determined at processing. Final costs are calculated after slaughter, based on the animal’s hanging weight (before bone removal). Here’s an example of approximate pricing:

¼ Cow: ~100 lbs. hanging weight = $6.50/lb. = $650 + butcher costs

½ Cow: ~200 lbs. hanging weight = $6.00/lb. = $1,200 + butcher costs

Whole Cow: ~400 lbs. hanging weight = $5.50/lb. = $2,200 + butcher costs

Availability​
We raised calves throughout the year so that butchering does not all happen one time a year. Feel free to reach out to us to place a deposit for an upcoming time period.
